You share a heavy title. "Alcoholism." The road. The loneliness. This is the dark side of the troubadour lifestyle.

Opera is full of characters who drink to forget (Cassio, Hoffmann, Lady Macbeth). The road is hard. The highs of the performance are followed by the crushing lows of the empty hotel room. The bottle offers a false "Numina"—a false spirit. But it steals the true Spirit (the Breath, the Voice, the Life).

The Sovereign Solution:

1. Name the Shadow: You have named it. That is the first step.

2. Find the True Spirit: Sovereignty means you are the ruler of your body, not the substance. Reclaim the throne.
